The short grievance of the petitioner is that no proper investigation has been conducted into Crime No.471 of 2006 of Kasaragod Police Station relating to incidents which took place on 08.07.06 and 09.07.06.
2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the allegation is incorrect. A proper investigation has been conducted. Such investigation is now complete. Final report dated 27.06.07 has already been filed. In the charge sheet, allegations have been raised against all the accused persons, it is submitted.
3. In the light of the submissions of the learned Government Pleader, I am satisfied that no further direction need be issued in this Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is, dismissed, accepting the submissions of the learned Government Pleader.
