Dated this the 18th day of July, 2007
In spite of specific direction in that regard, the first respondent has not filed any affidavit stating whether any amount is admittedly due to the petitioner. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing that if admitted amounts are due to the petitioner, that shall be released by the first respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is further clarified that this judgment will not stand in the way of the petitioner seeking appropriate relief in case of undisputed amounts. The writ petition is allowed as above.
