The petitioner appeared for the B.Com final year examinations in March-April 2007. Since the petitioner failed in one subject, she applied for revaluation of paper 'Corporate Accounting' by Ext.P3 application dated 27.6.07. The petitioner complains of delay in completion of the revaluation process.
2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the University submits that the University would require two more months' time to complete the revaluation process.
3. Having heard both sides, I direct the respondents to complete the revaluation process for which the petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 application and publish the results thereof as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment provided application is in order in all respects. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
