It is submitted by both sides that this writ petition is identical to W.P.(c)No.21310/06 and connected cases, which were disposed of by learned Single Judge of this Court by judgment dated 14.3.2007 and therefore, this writ petition can also be disposed of in terms of that judgment. The operative portion of that judgment reads thus.
"In the above circumstances these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Government to take steps to complete the Vigilance enquiry in the matter within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. Based on the outcome of the enquiry appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter of settlement of the amounts, if any, due to the petitioners shall be taken within another one month". Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the above judgment.
