JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court with certain grievances regarding one time settlement. In view of the intervening developments, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left, he may approach the 2nd respondent, in which case the matter will be duly considered by the 2nd respondent with notice to the petitioner and the 1st respondent within another three months. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
