JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the assertion in the statement filed by Deputy Superintendent of Police that the final report shall be filed as soon as the report of the FSL is received, the petitioner does not want to seek any further relief in this writ petition. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach this Court again, if necessary, after filing the final report, this writ petition is dismissed.
