The petitioner completed her B.Com degree course and appeared for the final year examination in April 2007. Dissatisfied with the results in the paper, "Money and Capital Market"the petitioner applied for revaluation. Petitioner complains of undue delay in completing revaluation process.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that the application was received only on 7.07.07 and the University would require at least two month's time to complete the revaluation process. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner joined another course and therefore, revaluation may be done atleast within 20 days. After hearing both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with following directions:- The respondent shall complete the revaluation process for which the petitioner has applied for and publish the results W.P.(C).No.21866/2007 2 thereof within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. However, the respondents are directed to complete the revaluation, if possible, within three weeks.
