As rightly submitted by Sri.B.G.Bhaskar the learned counsel for the respondents the issues arising in these Civil Revision Petitions can be considered by the Execution Court while reconsidering the issue pursuant to the directions already given by this court in C.R.P. No.1699/2002. Under the above circumstances, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as unnecessary. Grounds raised by the Government can be raised before the Execution Court while Execution Court is taking fresh decision pursuant to the direction in C.R..P. No.1699/2002. PIUS C. KURIAKOSE,
