Dated this the 24th day of July, 2007
J U D G M E N T
Radhakrishnan, J.Petitioner has already placed his grievances before the Government vide Ext.P4 representation. His anxiety is that some of the observations and findings recorded by the Vigilance as well as the Lok Ayukta, without hearing him, would prejudice the Government, when Government pass orders on Ext.P4. We make it clear that it is open to the Government to pass orders untramelled by the observations and findings recorded by the Vigilance and the Lok Ayukta. Ext.P4 representation be disposed of within two months on receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. Writ appeal is disposed of as above.
