ORDERThe learned counsel for the petitioner prays and accordingly this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn, the matter having been settled. The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a request that there may be a direction that the petitioner can claim exemption. Needless to say, even without any observation of this Court, the petitioner is entitled to seek exemption and such application for exemption must be considered by the learned Magistrate, expeditiously and appropriate orders passed in accordance with law.
