ORDERPetitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the Chengannur Police are at his heels for the alleged commission by the petitioner of some non-bailable offence and the petitioner apprehends arrest and harassment at the instance of one A.V.Sanilkumar with whom the petitioner had some money transaction.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Chengannur Police has not received any complaint as alleged and that no crime has been registered against the petitioner and also that the Chengannur Police do not want the petitioner in connection with the allegations made in the bail application. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded. Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor this petition is closed.
