Dated this the 27th July, 2007.
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction against the Subordinate Judge, Palakkad to finally hear and dispose of E.A.Nos:208/07 and 209/07 in E.P.168/96 in O.S.516/92. I am informed that an application to set aside the sale was filed which was dismissed for default and later an application for restoration of that petition also happened to be dismissed and it is to restore that application the present petitions are filed. The prayer in the writ petition is only for expeditious disposal and I therefore direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Palakkad to dispose of the above E.As within a period of three weeks from today and one of the parties can take a copy of the same and produce before the court below for necessary compliance. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. M.N.KRISHNAN Judge jj
