J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court with certain grievances regarding recovery at the instance of the second respondent.

2. In case the petitioner has still any grievance left, he may approach the Branch Manager, in which case, the grievance will be duly considered by the said Manager facilitating payment of the dues in affordable installments. The benefit of any available settlement scheme will also be extended to the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
