JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of O.P.(MV)No.1498/04 filed by the petitioner before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Alappuzha. On a query from this Court, the Tribunal has informed this Court by communication dated, 23.7.07 that the O.P.(MV)No.1498/05 is posted to 17.8.07 for 'Return of notice of R1 and for written statement of the 3rd respondent'. In the above circumstance, I dispose of this writ petition directing the Tribunal to complete the disposal of the same within six weeks from the date, when the service of notice is complete.
