W.P.(C).No.23379 of 2007
Dated this the 31st day of July 2007
The petitioner applied for revaluation of answer papers of her B.A.M.S final year examination. The petitioner complains of undue delay in completion of the revaluation process. I have heard the learned standing counsel for the respondent also. He would submit that at least two more moths time would be required to complete the revaluation process. Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation process for which the petitioner has applied for and publish the results thereof as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, provided the applications submitted by the petitioner is in order in all respects.
