W.A. NO. 1745 OF 2007
Dated this the 31st day of July, 2007
J U D G M E N T
Radhakrishnan, J.When the matter came up for hearing, counsel for the respondent brought to our knowledge the order passed by this court in Con.Case(C) No.1335 of 2006, wherein there is a reference to a Fax message received from the Defence Ministry stating that the judgment has been complied with. We therefore find no reason to entertain this appeal. However, we make it clear that the findings entered by the learned Judge, would not be treated as a precedent. Writ appeal is disposed of as above.
