J U D G M E N T
In the matter of assignment of Government land, in case no orders have been passed on Exhibit P4 representation, petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment before the second respondent, in which case, appropriate orders in accordance with law in the matter will be passed by the second respondent within a period of another four months.
2. It is made clear that in view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit that no request for alternate land has been submitted to the Government, it will be open to the petitioner to file a fresh application. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
