ORDERThe learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that the condition imposed on the petitioner as per order dated 14.10.97 in Crl.M.C.No.3384 of 1997 that the petitioner must report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st and 15th of every month at 10 a.m.,can now be deleted with a rider that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer as when directed by the Investigating Officer in writing to do so.
