S. SIRI JAGAN, J.W.P.(C)NO. 17418 OF 2007
DATED THIS THE 3rd DAY OF AUGUST, 2007
The petitioner applied for revision of his own timings by Ext.P2. The petitioner complains of delay in disposal of the same.
2. The learned Government pleader submits that the petitioner has not made out any changed circumstance warranting revision of the petitioner's timings. This is disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.
3. I am not inclined to go into the question since it is for the respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. While doing so, it is open to the respondent to consider whether there is change of circumstance warranting revision of timings. Such consideration shall be within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall also be afforded an opportunity of being heard before the disposal of Ext.P2. The writ petition is disposed of as above
