H.L.Dattu, C.J. When the case was called, none appears for the petitioner. Therefore, the original petition is rejected for non-prosecution. In view of the order passed in the original petition, the reliefs sought in C.M.P.No.21439 of 2000 need not be considered by this court. Accordingly, the said C.M.P is also rejected.
