No report of the learned Magistrate is received. The registry shall verify and explain why such report has not been obtained so far.
2. Be that as it may, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the earlier order dated 26/7/2007 passed by this court, the petitioner had approached the learned Magistrate and an order directing release of the vehicle in favour of the petitioner has already been passed. In these circumstances, the petitioner does not seek any further relief from this court.
3. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed as agreed.
