J U D G M E N T
The grievance of the petitioner is that no proper investigation has been conducted into crime No.321/07 of Kollam East Police station registered at the instance of the petitioner inter alia for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C. Notice was given to the learned Public Prosecutor. The investigating officer has filed a statement also. It is reported to this court that investigation is completed and a negative final report has been prepared. It shall be filed after getting the approval of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kollam, it is submitted. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in these circumstances he has resorted to the remedy available to him under law of raising objections before the learned Magistrate against the final report or filing a private complaint. No further directions are necessary in this writ petition.
2. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed as agreed.
