J U D G M E N T
The prayer sought in this writ petition is to declare that the petitioner is entitled to be appointed as Junior Assistant. According to her claim stands conceded in view of the provisions contained in long term settlement, an extract of which is produced as Exhibit-P9. Relying on Exhibit-P9 the petitioner has made Ext.P10 representation to the 3rd respondent. In taking into account of the above developments, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit-P10 in the light of Exhibit-P9 settlement, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this judgment before the 3rd respondent, for compliance.
