W.P.(C) NO. 26174 OF 2006
Dated this the 7th day of August, 2007
J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is a First Grade Overseer in the National Highway Sub-Division, North Paravoor. It is stated that unsustainable complaints were raised against her, which were enquired into and found to be untrue. However, she is being persecuted by appointing yet another Enquiry Officer and her apprehension is that she will atleast be transferred on the basis of the second enquiry report. Highlighting all her grievances, she has filed a representation before the first respondent evidenced by Ext.P1, which has been confirmed to be pending by the learned Government Pleader. Taking note of this, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions of the petitioner, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation of the petitioner, WPC 26174/06 as expeditiously as possible, within a period of one month on receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
