Dated this the 8th day of August, 2007.
J U D G M E N T
Petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by Exhibit P1 order passed by the Munsiff Court, Hosdurg.
2. It is seen from the statement filed by the respondents that the suit itself was dismissed and the application for restoration was pending. As far as amendment is concerned, it is seen that the matter has already been decided by the Munsiff Court earlier in O.S. No. 63/1986 and hence the amendment is unnecessary. There is no merit in this writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed.
