J U D G M E N T
Petitioner approached this Court with certain grievances regarding non-payment of pension. During the pendency of the writ petition, pension was released to him. The surviving grievance is only with regard to interest. It is for the petitioner to approach the first respondent or workout the relief before the Civil Court. Without prejudice to such liberty, this writ petition is closed.
