Challenge is on Exhibit P5 order passed by the Government. The main grievance is that though the petitioner is the affected party, no notice was issued to the petitioner. There is no counter affidavit by the Government.
2. I quash Exhibit P5 without prejudice to the liberty to the first respondent to pass fresh orders with notice to the petitioner and all other affected and interested parties. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
