J U D G M E N T
Petitioner claims promotion to the post of Sub Treasury Officer. According to him, although he was eligible to be included in the select list, he has been excluded for the reason that there was a vigilance enquiry pending against him. It is stated that he has since been exonerated and reinstated in service. Highlighting his grievances, through proper channel, petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 representation before the 2nd respondent.
2. If Ext.P3 filed by the petitioner, has been received and is pending before the 2nd respondent, 2nd respondent shall take up and consider the same and pass appropriate orders in the matter, as expeditiously as possible, at any WPC 24363/07 rate within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
