J U D G M E N T
H.L.Dattu, C.J. When the case was called, none appears for the petitioners. Therefore, the original petition is rejected for non-prosecution. In view of the order passed in the original petition, the reliefs sought in C.M.P.Nos.41577 of 2002 and 45230 of 2002 need not be considered by this court.
