J U D G M E N T

Against Ext.P6 demand for dead rent, petitioner has submitted Ext.P7 before the first respondent. There will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P7 with notice to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. It will be open to the petitioner to take all available contentions before the first respondent. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
