J U D G M E N T

The limited prayer is for a direction to consider Exhibit P3 objection filed by the petitioner at the time of holding the timing conference seeking change in the settled timings.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader.

3. In the facts and circumstances, there will be a direction to the Secretary, RTA to consider Exhibit P3 objection of the petitioner. Petitioner can also appear on the date on which timing conference is scheduled to be held. Produce copy of this judgment before the Secretary, RTA for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
