J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer :-
"Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction inter alia directing the respondents to measure out and locate the properties of the petitioner (referred to in Ext.P1) as contemplated under the provisions of the Survey and Boundaries Act and the Rules made thereunder." Learned Government Pleader submits that in case the petitioner makes a proper application before the Deputy Director of Survey and Land Records, Alappuzha, the matter can be considered and appropriate action can be taken. In the event of the petitioner thus approaching the authority referred to above, appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken within another four months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
