JUDGMENT

Raman, J

The petitioner has filed an affidavit dated 17.8.2007 before this Court. As per the averments in the affidavit, the petitioner has undertaken that the marriage certificate, copy of the passport of the 4th respondent and whichever documents that are handed over to the petitioner's counsel for enabling the petitioner to get Visa and other documents for taking the minor child abroad along with the petitioner will not be misused and those documents will be used only for the said purpose. In the circumstances, learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 to 6 handed over copy of the marriage certificate as well as copy of he Passport of the 4th respondent to the counsel appearing for petitioner in the open court. As regards the original of marriage certificate, the same can be obtained by the petitioner from the authorities concerned. The vaccination chart is now with the 4th respondent who has gone abroad. Therefore, it is submitted by counsel appearing for 4th respondent that the same will be forwarded to counsel appearing for petitioner herein by registered post/courier. It is also submitted by learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent that, since the child is at infant stage, the 4th respondent has no objection in continuing the child with the mother. [WP(Crl.) 192/07] 2 Recording the submission, we close this matter. We make it clear that the above arrangements between the parties will not prejudicially affect their rights including custody of the child in any other legal proceedings, if an occasion so arises.
