J U D G M E N T

H.L.Dattu, C.J. The writ petitioner is before this court, seeking the following reliefs:

"i). To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate order or direction to direct the Ist respondent to grant "Plus Two" to the petitioner's school without any further delay, at least from 2004-05 onwards. ii). To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate order or direction to direct the Ist respondent to pass final orders in the matter of grant of Plus Two to pass school, without any further delay." (2). During the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have come out with a Government Order dated 13-06-2007. In the said order, the Government have prescribed certain conditions for grant of Plus Two Schools in the existing schools. If, for any reason, the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he can file appropriate writ petition before this court. (3). In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to question the correctness or otherwise of the order dated 13-6-2007 issued by the State Government, if he so desires. The contentions of both the parties are kept open. (4). In view of the order passed in the writ petition, I.A.No.9198 of 2007 is WPC 37294 of 2003 2 rejected. Ordered accordingly.
