The writ petitioners approached this Court seeking police protection based on an interim order passed by the civil Court. The interim order was one of injunction against trespass. The Sub Inspector of Police later filed this Review Petition stating that it is impossible to identify the property scheduled in the plaint in respect of which interim injunction was granted.

2. Since the suit must have been finally disposed of long ago, the writ petition itself has become infructuous. Accordingly, we allow this Review Petition and recall the judgment of this Court dated 21st January, 1999. K.Balakrishnan Nair Judge Harun-Ul-Rashid Judge vku/-
