Petitioners are working on daily wage basis as Hospital Attenders Gr.II. They claim entitlement to continue in service. Petitioners have produced as Exhibit - P7 Judgment in W.A. No.152 of 2000 wherein a Division Bench of this Court passed directions favouring persons, who are stated to be similarly situated. According to them, they are entitled to similar treatment. Presently, the prayer of the petitioners is to direct the 3rd respondent to consider their claim in the light of Exhibit-P7 judgment and to pass appropriate orders. Taking into account, the claim raised by the petitioners and the fact that they are working on daily wage basis, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 3rd respondent to consider the claim for the petitioners and pass orders thereon. Petitioners shall file a suitable representation before the 3rd respondent producing a copy of Exhibit-P7, judgment, within two weeks from today and the 3rd respondent shall consider the representation and pass orders thereon, within one month thereafter. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
