Notice was ordered in this appeal as early as in 2002. Several times it was posted for defects as proper steps were not taken for service of notice. On 7.8.2007 a Division Bench of this court passed the following order:

"In case no steps are taken to cure the defects within one week, the appeal will stand dismissed. Post on 22.8.07." No steps are taken so far. There is no representation also. The appeal is dismissed for default. J.B.KOSHY
