Petitioner, a Full-time Menial, complains that he is eligible to be promoted to the post of Attender and that his claims have been overlooked. According to him, he has filed Ext. P4 representation before the 2nd respondent and from Ext. P4 it is evident that the same is pending.
2. Learned Govt. Pleader, on instructions, confirms the pendency of Ext. P4. In view of this, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment before the 2nd respondent for compliance. ANTONY DOMINIC
