It is submitted that the conditional order was not complied with. Therefore, the interim order is withdrawn. The amount was directed to be deposited to test the bonafides. That was not deposited. Admittedly, appellant did not participate in the auction and since the interim order was not complied with, the appeal itself is not maintainable. The appeal is dismissed. J.B.KOSHY
