W.P.(C) NO. 26118 OF 2007
Dated this the 4th day of September, 2007
J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is a Diploma Holder, aspiring for admission to the 10% seats in the Engineering colleges, which are reserved for Diploma Holders. Though he took part in the test held, by Ext.P3, it was informed that his result was "not qualified". It is challenging Ext.P3 and to direct the respondents to assign proper rank to the petitioner in the lateral test and to declare his result that this writ petition has been filed. Since the petitioner has been found to have not qualified in the written test and the same having been announced by Ext.P3, there is no question of again declaring his result. That apart, petitioner having failed in the test also cannot seek an order to quash the result as he has not made out any ground to conclude that the aforesaid result is WPC 26118/07 erroneous or vitiated in any manner. I do not see any merit in this writ petition and it is only to be dismissed and I do so.
