J U D G M E N T

The complaint of the petitioners in these two writ petitions is that the amount due in terms of the awards passed by the 2nd respondent-Tribunal has not been deposited by the 1st respondent. Standing Counsel appearing on notice on behalf of the 1st respondent undertakes that the amount due in terms of the awards will be deposited within three months from today. Recording the undertaking of the Standing Counsel these writ petitions are closed. ANTONY DOMINIC
