Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Exts.P6 and P7 representations pending before the 4th respondent may be directed to be looked into and appropriate action taken in that regard within a time frame.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader, I direct that the 4th respondent shall consider Exts.P6 and P7 and take appropriate action within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The 4th respondent shall take note of Ext.P8 judgment also and consider whether the same is applicable in the case of the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of as above. Sd/- (V.GIRI)
