J U D G M E N T

The grievance of the petitioner is regarding the 2nd respondent's refusal to prepare a plan and sketch of the petitioner's property in Survey No. 8/1/A2C of Sivapuram Village. The reason stated for such rejection is the pendency of O.S. No. 235/83. It is now stated that the suit was disposed of by Ext. P1 judgment and even Second Appeal No. 773 of 1999 filed in this Court has been decided in favour of the petitioner. In view of the above subsequent developments, the writ petitioner is directed to file a fresh application to the 2nd respondent in which event the 2nd respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon. With that liberty this original petition is closed. ANTONY DOMINIC
