J U D G M E N T

Kurian Joseph, J.

These appeals relate to enhancement granted by the Reference Court in respect of the property acquired for the purpose of Moovattupuzha Valley Irrigation Project. It is seen that the Reference Court has granted only the enhancement of 60% of the land value granted by the Land Acquisition Officer. It is not in dispute that in several cases, this Court has sustained such enhancement. Therefore, these appeals are dismissed.
