J U D G M E N T

H.L.Dattu, C.J. Sri. P.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave of the court, to withdraw the original petition with liberty to question the award that may be passed in the dispute raised by the other union of the respondent company. (2). The request of the learned counsel appears to be reasonable and he is permitted to withdraw the original petition without prejudice to the respondent company. Therefore, the original petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to question the correctness or otherwise of the award that may be passed/that is passed before appropriate forum. (3).
