JUDGMENT

Sri. C.M. Suresh Babu, Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the 5th respondent. I do not propose to examine the merits of the grounds raised. But it is seen that voicing all his grievances he has submitted Ext.P3 representation before the Ernakulam District Panchayat. Since Ext.P3 is pending before the 5th respondent it is only appropriate that the Secretary of the District Panchayat takes up Ext.P3, considers the same in the light of the grounds raised in this Writ Petition and documents placed on record, hear the petitioner and take a correct and just decision. Decision as ordered above will be taken by the Secretary of the District Panchayat at the earliest and at any rate within one month of receiving a copy of this judgment and copy of the Writ Petition with exhibits. Till such time as a decision is taken by the Secretary, coercive steps will not be taken against the petitioner.
