By Ext.P2, the application of the petitioner for variation of the permit, so as to operate two trips upto to CEPZ was granted by the RTA, subject to settlement of timings. The complaint of the petitioner is that respondent has not settled the timings pursuant to Ext.P2 order.
2. Learned Government Pleader also has been heard in the matter.
3. Since Ext.P2 was issued as early as on 16/11/06, there is no justification for inordinately delaying the matter.
