J U D G M E N T
By Ext.P1, the request of the petitioner for variation of the permit was declined and in the appeal filed, Ext P2 judgment was rendered by the Tribunal remanding the matter for fresh disposal, in case the appellant modifies the route within one month. It is submitted that in terms thereof, petitioner submitted Ext.P3, followed by Ext.P4 representation for an expeditious decision on Ext.P3. The complaint is that decision on Ext.P3 has not been taken so far.
2. In view of the facts as stated above, this writ petition is disposed of directing that a decision on Ext.P3 shall be taken by the 1st respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. WPC 18162/07 Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
