J U D G M E N T
By Ext.P2, transfer of permit was allowed by the RTA and in implementation of the said order, petitioner has been issued Ext.P4, asking him to produce valid insurance certificate, certificate of fitness and fitment of speed governor etc. There is no justification for demanding these documents when a transfer of permit has been allowed by the RTA. Ext.P4 will stand quashed and the respondent will take necessary action for the implementation of Ext.P2, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within four weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
2. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the respondent for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
