Though the prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to grant the petitioner the benefit of OTS as well as the revival, when the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to allow the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondents.
2. I heard the standing counsel for the respondents also.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing that, if so advised, petitioner may make a representation as desired by him, in which event, it is for the respondents to consider and pass orders thereon. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
